WATER INDUSTRY ACT 1994 - SECT 194

Each environmental contribution paid by a water supply authority under this Part is collected for the purposes of funding initiatives that seek to—

        (a)     promote the sustainable management of water; or

        (b)     address adverse water-related environmental impacts.
