Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Minister must, within 3 months after the end of each financial year in respect of which a water supply authority pays an environmental contribution under this Part, prepare a report setting out details of the expenditure of all money paid as environmental contributions by water supply authorities in that financial year.
(2) The report must be included in the department's annual report of operations for that financial year under Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 .
