Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of the BCA, a council may designate areas in its municipal district that in its opinion are likely to be subject to significant snowfalls.

(2) The BCA Volume One applies as if in Schedule 1 to that Volume, in the definition of Alpine area , after the word "snowfalls" there were inserted at the end of paragraph (a) "as designated by a council under regulation 152(1) of the Building Regulations 2018 ".
