Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The licence holder must ensure that each corner of the area specified in the licence (including the waters covering that area) is marked with a buoy floating on the surface of the water unless that corner is marked with a navigation aid.
(2) This regulation does not apply to the holder of an Aquaculture (Crown Land—Eels) Licence.
(3) In this regulation—
"navigation aid" means a device used for navigation and includes a beacon, buoy, marine mark, lighthouse and light ship but does not include a device on board a vessel.
