(a) describe the existing environment that may be affected by the greenhouse gas sequestration operation, including but not limited to any relevant cultural, historical, aesthetic, social, recreational, ecological, biological, landscape and economic aspects of the existing environment that may be affected; and
(b) identify the relevant values and sensitivities (if any) of the existing environment.
