Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Order 49 applies, with any necessary modification, to the hearing of an interpleader question.
(2) On the hearing of an interpleader question the Court may finally determine all questions arising on the application for relief by way of interpleader.
