MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 66.01

In this Order—

"officer "of a corporation has the same meaning as in section 9 of the Corporations Act;

"order" means an order made by the Court—

        (a)     for the payment of money with or without costs; or

        (b)     for the payment of costs alone; or

        (c)     for the delivery of goods; or

        (d)     for the delivery of goods or the payment of their assessed value.
