MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 21.09

    (1)     An application under Rule 21.08 must be filed with the registrar.

    (2)     If the complaint is dismissed under Rule 13.10(1)(b)(i), Rule 29.12.1(3)(a) or  Rule 30.09.1(3)(a) the application under paragraph (1) must be accompanied by an affidavit in support of the order(s) sought in the application.
