MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 25.07

If by reason of a discontinuance or a withdrawal under this Order a party is liable to pay the costs of any other party, and the party, before paying those costs, commences another proceeding for the same, or substantially the same, cause of action, the Court may by order stay the proceeding until those costs are paid.
