MAGISTRATES' COURT GENERAL CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2020 - REG 27.07
Scandalous matter
If a document for use in the Court contains scandalous, irrelevant or
otherwise oppressive matter, the Court may order—
(a) that the matter be struck out;
or
(b) if the document has been filed,
that it be taken off the file.
