(1) Subject to paragraph (3), an order which requires a person to do an act is to be taken to mean, unless the Court otherwise orders, that the act must be done within 14 days after service of an order or of a certified extract from the register of the order.
(2) If an order requires a person to do an act within a fixed time, the Court may, by order, fix another time.
(3) Paragraph (1) does not apply to—
(a) so much of an order as requires a person to pay money otherwise than into Court; or
(b) an order for the delivery of goods.
(4) If an order requires a person to do an act but does not fix a time within which the person is required to do the act, the Court may, by order, fix a time.
(5) If the Court fixes a time under paragraph (4), the Court, by subsequent order, may fix another time.
