(1) An attachment of earnings order ceases to have effect—
(a) on being discharged under Rule 72.10; or
(b) unless the Court otherwise orders, on the making of any other order for the recovery of the money owing under the order in relation to which the attachment of earnings order was made.
(2) If an attachment of earnings order ceases to have effect, the registrar must without delay give notice accordingly to the person to whom the order was directed.
(3) If an attachment of earnings order ceases to have effect, the person to whom the order is directed does not incur any liability in consequence of treating the order as still in force at any time before the expiration of 7 days after the day on which the notice required by paragraph (2) or a copy of the order discharging the attachment of earnings order, as the case requires, is served on that person.
