Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Authority may determine a process to be a lead process.
(2) The Authority must not determine a process to be a lead process unless the Authority forms the opinion that the health of employees at a workplace where the process is to be carried out is at risk when blood lead levels of employees or airborne lead levels at the workplace are taken into account.
