Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) In this Part, a requirement for a medical examination of a person is a requirement for a medical examination of the person to be conducted by a registered medical practitioner to monitor the person's health for the purpose of identifying changes in the person's health status due to occupational exposure to lead.
(2) In this Part, a requirement for biological monitoring of a person is a requirement for biological monitoring that consists of the testing of the venous blood of the person by a pathology service accredited by NATA under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner to determine the amount of lead in the blood.
