OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 319V

Specific risk control measures—respiratory protective equipment

    (1)     An employer must ensure that an employee who undertakes an engineered stone process is provided with respiratory protective equipment.

Note

Act compliance—section 21 (see  regulation 7).

    (2)     An employer must ensure that an employee uses the respiratory protective equipment provided under subregulation (1).
