OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 319W

An employer must ensure that an employee who uses a power tool or other form of mechanical plant to undertake an engineered stone process is provided with information, instruction and training in—

        (a)     the use of that power tool or mechanical plant in accordance with regulation 319S; and

        (b)     the use, fit, maintenance and storage of respiratory protective equipment provided under regulation 319V.
