OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 319X

Specific risk control measures—cleaning

An employer or a self-employed person must not use or cause to be used compressed air or other compressed gases to clean the following, unless the use of that air or gas does not result in a concentration of respirable crystalline silica that exceeds the exposure standard for respirable crystalline silica—

        (a)     a work area where an engineered stone process has been undertaken;

        (b)     if a person has been in a work area where an engineered stone process is being or has been undertaken, the clothing the person was wearing in that area.
