OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 319ZA

Regulation 319Y does not apply to the supply of engineered stone benchtops, panels or slabs carried out for one or more of the following purposes—

        (a)     research or analysis;

        (b)     to sample or identify engineered stone;

        (c)     to dispose of engineered stone.
