Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsIf a ticket is produced for inspection under regulation 8 or 9, the authorised person (ticketing) may, unless the authorised person (ticketing) is a protective services officer, electronically test or read the ticket at the place where the inspection is being made.
