Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) If a person commits an offence against more than one of regulation 7(1) , 8(2), 10(3) or 22(1) in respect of the same travel in a passenger vehicle, the person must not be convicted or found guilty of more than one of those offences.
(2) If a person commits an offence against more than one of regulation 7(2) , 9(2) or 11(3) in respect of the same entry to a compulsory ticket area, the person must not be convicted or found guilty of more than one of those offences.
