Schedule 1 are prescribed devices for the purposes of
sections 230AB, 230AD and 230AE of the
Act.

(2) A computer microchip which enables a digital card to be stored on a personal electronic device is a prescribed device for the purposes of sections 230AD and 230AE of the Act.
