TRANSPORT (COMPLIANCE AND MISCELLANEOUS) (TICKETING) REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 30

    (1)     The processes set out in Schedule 2 are prescribed processes for the purposes of Division 5 of Part VII of the Act.

    (2)     For the purposes of a process referred to in subregulation (1), the central computer system is a prescribed computer system.
