Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An authorised person (ticketing) may ask a person who is travelling in, or has just left, a passenger vehicle to produce for inspection a ticket that is or was (as the case requires) valid for the whole of the person's travel in that passenger vehicle.
(2) A person must without delay comply with a request made under subregulation (1).
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
