WILDLIFE (STATE GAME RESERVES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 31

For the purposes of section 21AA(3)(b) of the Act, the land manager may make a determination setting aside an area of a reserve—

        (a)     into which firewood may be brought; or

        (b)     in which fallen or felled trees may be cut and taken away for use as firewood within the area.

Note

Regulation 47 prohibits the lighting and maintaining of fires in reserves in certain circumstances.
