WILDLIFE (STATE GAME RESERVES) REGULATIONS 2014 - REG 32

Introducing flora

    (1)     A person must not knowingly bring in or plant any flora in a reserve.

Penalty:     20 penalty units.

    (2)     Subregulation (1) does not apply to—

        (a)     flora that is a manufactured wooden object; or

        (b)     flora—

              (i)     that is firewood; and

              (ii)     that is brought into an area set aside under regulation 31.
