AUDIT AMENDMENT ACT 2019 (NO. 12 OF 2019) - SECT 8

After section 3B of the Principal Act insert —

        " 3C     Act binds the Crown

This Act binds the Crown—

        (a)     in right of the State of Victoria; and

        (b)     to the extent that the legislative power of the Parliament permits, in all its other capacities.".
