ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 181

For the penalty at the foot of section 18(2) of the Accident Compensation (WorkCover Insurance) Act 1993 substitute —

"Penalty:     In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;

In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.".
