ACCIDENT COMPENSATION AMENDMENT ACT 2010 (NO. 9 OF 2010) - SECT 51

Repeal of section 99AAA

    (1)     Section 99AAA of the Accident Compensation Act 1985 is repealed .

    (2)     In the Accident Compensation Act 1985 —

        (a)         in section 5(1), in the definition of "medical question", paragraph (g) is repealed ;

        (b)     in section 243(2), paragraph (ab) is repealed .
