ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 (NO 16 OF 2006) - SECT 128

Decision of VCAT

        On an application under this Division in relation to a protection declaration decision, VCAT may—

        (a)     confirm the decision; or

        (b)     confirm the decision with amendments; or

        (c)     set aside the decision and substitute a new decision.
