Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if a registered Aboriginal party receives notice under this Division of an intention to prepare a cultural heritage management plan.
(2) Within 14 days of receiving the notice, the registered Aboriginal party must give written notice to the sponsor specifying whether or not it intends to evaluate the plan.
