ABORIGINAL HERITAGE ACT 2006 (NO 16 OF 2006) - SECT 99

Amendment or revocation of interim protection declaration

The Minister may, at any time, amend or revoke an interim protection declaration—

        (a)     on the application of the Council; or

        (b)     on the application of a relevant registered Aboriginal party; or

        (c)     on the Minister's own initiative.
