ASSISTED REPRODUCTIVE TREATMENT ACT 2008 (NO. 76 OF 2008) - SECT 151

After section 6(ba) of the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996 insert —

    "(bb)     to perform functions given to the Registrar by the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 ; and".
