BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 15
Issue of certificate of registration
After section 171G(2)(b) of the Principal Act insert —
'(ba) have the word "Provisional" prominently
displayed on it if the registration is provisional; and'.
