BUILDING AMENDMENT (REGISTRATION OF BUILDING TRADES AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2018 (NO. 46 OF 2018) - SECT 16

For section 171I(1) of the Principal Act substitute —

    "(1)     Registration under this Part lasts—

        (a)     in the case of provisional registration, for 5 years; or

        (b)     in any other case, for a period of up to 5 years as determined by the Authority.".
