CONFISCATION AMENDMENT (UNEXPLAINED WEALTH) ACT 2024 (NO. 26 OF 2024) - SECT 44

    (1)     Insert the following heading to section 136 of the Confiscation Act 1997 —

" Duty not payable ".

    (2)     In section 136 of the Confiscation Act 1997 —

        (a)     for "stamp duty" substitute "duty";

        (b)     for " Stamps Act 1958 " substitute " Duties Act 2000 ".
