DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 127

For the purposes of carrying out an investigation, the Commission—

        (a)     may take oral or written submissions; and

        (b)     must keep a record of all submissions and evidence given before the Commission and decisions made by the Commission.
