DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 167

Unsuitability to hold non-practising registration

The Board may decide that an individual is not a suitable person to hold non-practising registration if—

(a) having regard to the individual's criminal history to the extent that is relevant, the individual is not a fit and proper person to hold non-practising registration; or

(b) taking into account any other circumstances, the individual is not a fit and proper person to hold non-practising registration.
