DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 168
Person holding non-practising registration must not practise as a disability worker
(1) A person who holds non-practising registration
must not practise as a disability worker.
(2) A contravention of subsection (1) may
constitute behaviour for which health, conduct or performance action
may be taken.
