DISABILITY SERVICE SAFEGUARDS ACT 2018 (NO. 38 OF 2018) - SECT 218

Identity card for authorised officers

    (1)     The Board or the Commission, as the case requires, must give an identity card to a person appointed as an authorised officer.

    (2)     The identity card must—

        (a)     contain a recent photograph of the authorised officer; and

        (b)     be signed by the authorised officer; and

        (c)     identify the person as an authorised officer appointed by the Board or by the Commission.
