    (1)     In the heading to section 12 of the Victoria University Act 2010 for " Appointed " substitute " Government appointed ".

    (2)     In section 12(1) and (4) of the Victoria University Act 2010 for "appointed" substitute "government appointed".

    (3)     In section 12(2) of the Victoria University Act 2010 —

        (a)         for "a person" substitute "persons";

        (b)     for "an appointed member" substitute "government appointed members".

    (4)     In section 12(5) of the Victoria University Act 2010 for "An appointed" substitute
"A government appointed".
