Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Minister, appoint a person as the Family Violence Reform Implementation Monitor.
(2) A person is qualified to be the Implementation Monitor if the Minister is satisfied that the person has—
(a) relevant senior executive management experience in the public sector, particularly in an operational environment; and
(b) a strong understanding of
complex
multi-agency environments.
