FAMILY VIOLENCE REFORM IMPLEMENTATION MONITOR ACT 2016 (NO. 74 OF 2016) - SECT 8

    (1)     The Implementation Monitor is entitled to be paid the remuneration and allowances that are determined by the Governor in Council.

    (2)     The remuneration of the Implementation Monitor cannot be reduced during the Implementation Monitor's term of office unless the Implementation Monitor consents
to the reduction.
