FAIR WORK (COMMONWEALTH POWERS) AMENDMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 74 OF 2009) - SECT 11

In the definition of industrial organisation in section 3(1) of the Duties Act 2000 , for "the Workplace Relations Act 1996 of the Commonwealth" substitute "the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 of the Commonwealth".
