Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Treasurer or the Minister responsible for administering Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 , in consultation with the Minister, may issue guidelines in relation to the allocation of funding or grants, or entering into service agreements, for the purposes of promoting and advancing gender equality.
(2) A defined entity that is subject to guidelines issued under subsection (1) must have regard to the guidelines.
