Victorian Numbered Acts Victorian Numbered Acts(1) The Minister responsible for administering Part 7 of the Financial Management Act 1994 , in consultation with the Minister, may issue guidelines relating to procurement policies and practices for the purposes of promoting and advancing gender equality.
(2) A defined entity that is subject to guidelines issued under subsection (1) must have regard to the guidelines.
