INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURES, OVERSIGHT AND INDEPENDENCE) ACT 2019 (NO. 2 OF 2019) - SECT 38

    (1)     In section 58(1)(b) of the Principal Act, for "the IBAC" substitute "an appropriate entity".

    (2)     In section 58(2) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in paragraph (c), for "personnel." substitute "personnel; or";

        (b)     after paragraph (c) insert —

    "(d)     the Integrity and Oversight Committee.".
