INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURES, OVERSIGHT AND INDEPENDENCE) ACT 2019 (NO. 2 OF 2019) - SECT 39

In section 67(1)(b) of the Principal Act—

        (a)     in subparagraph (iii), for "protected disclosure complaint" substitute "public interest complaint";

        (b)     in subparagraph (iv), for "protected disclosure complaints" substitute "public interest complaints".
