INTEGRITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURES, OVERSIGHT AND INDEPENDENCE) ACT 2019 (NO. 2 OF 2019) - SECT 44

    (1)     In the heading to section 73 of the Principal Act—

        (a)     for " protected disclosure " (where first occurring) substitute " public interest disclosure ";

        (b)     for " protected disclosure complaint " substitute " public interest complaint ".

    (2)     In section 73(1) of the Principal Act, for "protected disclosure" substitute "public interest disclosure".

    (3)     In section 73(2) of the Principal Act, for "protected disclosure complaint" substitute "public interest complaint".
