JUSTICE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT (SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS AND OTHER MATTERS) ACT 2021 (NO. 11 OF 2021) - SECT 118

After section 41 of the Juries Act 2000 insert —

        " 41A     Persons not required to be physically present together

Nothing in sections 29 to 41 requires all persons involved in any process or procedure under those sections to be physically present together in the same room or place.".
