    The long title for the Bill for this Act was "A Bill for an Act to amend the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 to introduce a demerit points system for licensees and permittees involved in non-compliance incidents, to introduce a licence for wine and beer producers, to recognise the importance of live music and for other purposes."
